2015
initialace began a transformative journey that crossed boundaries. Our legacy started with our initial Internationalization (I-18n) project, sparking our dedication to unmatched quality and global impact.…Our CEO, Anuj Mathur, an industry expert and visionary, previously led major Engineering teams at various US multinational companies before transitioning to an Executive Management role in a Software Product firm. Having collaborated with prominent Indian IT firms like Satyam and Infosys in his past roles, he now faced the challenge of obtaining competitive quotes for software engineering projects from leading Indian IT service providers.
2016
Our foundation was based on a fundamental yet impactful idea: providing top-notch, affordable IT solutions to mid-sized product and engineering firms globally. From 1998 to 2005, initialace expanded its services to a rising client base across the US.
2017
The year 2000 introduced the Y2K wave, transforming the Indian IT sector. As top IT solution providers targeted financial giants in the BFSI sector, the extensive opportunities within the Indian market remained largely unexplored.… This created a chance, and initialace set out to connect mid-sized U.S. companies outside the BFSI sector with dependable Indian IT firms capable of delivering innovative solutions for complex product and software engineering challenges.
2018
To maximize the potential of the Indian IT workforce, we set up our initial development center in Gurgaon in 2005, enhancing our footprint in India. With a solid foundation in India, initialace began to broaden its operations … aand delivery capabilities worldwide, adding clients on every continent and establishing offices in Germany, the UK, UAE, Canada, and Australia.
